Most of The Salvation Army Employment Plus's staff will tell you that we are privileged to witness the determination and spirit shown by many of the people we encounter. Since 1998 we have seen almost 500,000, some of whom face formidable barriers, go from unemployment to work. We know we will see many more.
Each person's story is different - some have come from difficult backgrounds, others have never been unemployed before and never expected to be.
