The NRA is an industry organisation that provides professional services to the retail and wider service industry throughout Australia.

Our suite of professional services includes employment law and industrial relations advice, property and project management, staff development and training programs, government relations and issues management, and events & networking.

Our excellent relationship with The Salvation Army Employment Plus has produced some great outcomes for employment for all Job Seekers. The Department of Employment Economic Development and Innovations, has also provided funding for the NRA to deliver customer service and retail skills training for unskilled locals, looking for employment in the Retail Industry.

As part of our relationship with The Salvation Army Employment Plus we have been able to provide Industry-specific training to unskilled or under-employed locals with the knowledge, skills and contacts to gain employment in the Retail Industry. It will significantly improve participants' chances of gaining employment and in turn will provide the labour-force with a pool of trained, job-ready jobseekers.
