Kelly
After more than 7 years  as a registered jobseeker, TSAEP helped Kelly finally find full-time employment. As a job seeker, employer’s reactions to Kelly’s appearance created her biggest obstacle. Now in her late forties, Kelly is much smaller than the average person. She wears a scarf to cover her bald head, and she also suffers from numerous arthritis-related conditions. However, she was determined that employers would eventually see past this. Kelly was recommended by TSAEP to Corporate Maintenance Services and commenced casual cleaning work in May 2008. She exceeded all expectations and was offered full-time work with Collins Property Services four months later. Kelly now works for Collins at numerous locations.   

Kelly’s outstanding work ethic and high standards have contributed to both her own and her employer’s success, and both are looking towards a bright future.
