In New South Wales, the team at The Salvation Army Employment Plus is constantly looking for new and fresh ways to help candidates and employers reach their goals. In addition to our internal programs, such as Fast Track, Right Track, Career Development Program as well as external courses, NSW have looked outside the box and delivered training programs to uniquely challenged industries, including correctional services.

NSW also have a history of creative regional campaigns. These campaigns give candidates greater access to employment opportunities and assist employers in finding suitable employees.

The team also develops strong partnerships with organisations such as Anglicare, helping candidates to develop the skills and qualifications they need to gain employment in specific industries.
