Collaboration with community and training organisations is a key focus for the West Australian team. The team develops and offers a huge range of special programs and initiatives for candidates and employers, through relationships with TAFE organisations, Church of Christ, Bureau Gravitas, First Choice Employment, Outcare, Image Power and many, many more.
The team also offers comprehensive programs for Indigenous candidates, and has developed a specialist role to meet the needs of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) candidates. In doing so, our WA team seeks to drive the The Salvation Army Employment Plus mission by enhancing relationships between all people within the community.
