How We Work

Employment Plus works with employers in exactly the same way as any high quality “for profit” recruitment agency:

  • Taking a detailed job brief
  • Attracting and engaging potential candidates from our network
  • Assessing and shortlisting against key selection criteria
  • Coordinating interviews and managing employment offers
  • Supporting new employees through their first weeks and months of employment

The big difference is that we do all of this at no charge to you, the employer, either before or after placing someone into your organisation.

Depending on the candidate, we can help you to access Government subsidies designed to help cover the cost of training new employees or assist with the employment of mature age job seekers.

The only obligation on employers who have an employee placed through Employment Plus is to provide documentary evidence to support our reporting requirements to the Government. This generally includes confirmation of start date and ongoing employment.
