Q. What information should I supply at the interview?
It would be beneficial for you to give the job applicant a brief description of your company, what you do and who your main target market is. This would also be the time to give the job applicant a detailed position description including the key relationships, duties and responsibilities of the roles, the competencies required for the job as well as the performance measures and indicators. A total remuneration package including salary, superannuation and other benefits could also be included in the position description. |
