Accredited Courses

We offer a wide range of fully accredited programs which result in a nationally recognised qualification. Accredited training is delivered with the support of Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding.

BSB20115 Certificate II in Business

This course will assist you to develop knowledge and skills within a business office. Study includes communication skills, operating software packages including word processing and spreadsheets, and occupational health and safety. This course is designed for anyone wishing to begin a career in administration or office work.

SIR20212 Certificate II in Retail Services

This course provides you with the skills and knowledge in key areas specific to retail customer service. Study topics include how to operate retail equipment, interacting with customers and merchandising.

SIT20316 Certificate II in Hospitality

This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to successfully enter into a career in the hospitality industry. The course covers communication skills, food safety and customer service.

BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration

This course is suitable for all ages and will provide you with a range of skills and knowledge required for employment in general business operations. It provides skills including communicating in business, and producing workplace documentation including word processing, spreadsheets and desk top publishing. The teaching will be practical and hands on, giving you useful workplace skills.

CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services

This course is ideal for students seeking a career in the community services sector which involves direct client work, community education or development projects.  This course allows students to develop the skills required to deliver services, provide programs and develop projects for people in a range of community-based settings. You will be required to complete 50 hours of work experience.

TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

This course is designed for students who wish to become a skilled trainer and assessor within the workplace or the vocational education and training sector. The course covers design, development, delivery and assessment of accredited training.

CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services

This qualification will assist you to gain greater depth and breadth of knowledge and skills in employment consultancy, especially in working with clients disadvantaged in the labour market. Possible job roles after completion of this qualification could include; recruitment consultant, placement and recruitment officer in government or private employment agencies.

CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services

This course is ideal for students seeking a career in the community services sector which involves direct client work, community education or development projects.  This course provides the opportunity for students to develop skills required to deliver services, provide programs and develop projects for people in a range of community-based settings.

This qualification is appropriate for workers who develop and facilitate programs for young people through a range of community-based programs designed to address the social, behavioural, health, welfare, developmental and protection needs of young people.

HLTAID003 Provide First Aid

This course teaches the critical skills and knowledge required to provide first aid, life support, and casualty management until the arrival of medical or other assistance. Students will learn from an experience and skilled trainer, who will cover how to treat sprains, broken bones, stings, bites, shock, CPR and a range of other first aid emergencies.
