Services for Employers

In addition to offering support for job seekers and employees, our Allied Health professionals offer a number of services designed to assist employers to find and retain healthy, happy and positive staff.

Occupational Assessments

To complement the range of services our Allied Health team provide to job seekers, we also offer fee for service occupational assessment to employers.

Conducted by our team of psychologists and designed to assist with recruitment and selection, our occupational assessment service utilises a series of assessment methods to identify, clarify, and verify prospective employee’s core competencies prior to hiring – helping to ensure employers find the right person to meet their business needs.

By addressing common hiring challenges and selection criteria, our occupational assessment services can save you time, improve the efficiency and performance of your new hires, and foster high degrees of employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, leading to better business outcomes.
