To deliver this program, Employment Plus intends to work closely with local employers in the Hunter and Central Coast regions of New South Wales, listening to their needs in order to understand what employment opportunities and skills gaps exist within the local community.
Every business needs skilled, well-trained and motivated staff.
By participating in the program, businesses can find job-ready employees, while giving young Australians an opportunity to enter the workforce.
In exchange, Employment Plus and the New South Wales Department of Industry will provide support to the employee, as well as you, the employer, for the first six months of employment.
