The Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus) may collect confidential information that we believe is reasonably necessary to provide you with employment services, Wage Subsidy assistance, Allied Health and training services that we offer.

Part of continuous improvement of our services, EPlus conducts surveys of employers to assess our service delivery effectiveness. In order to improve our services you consent to EPlus collecting personal information about you.

EPlus will protect you as an Employer and the information you disclose, that is not publicly available, as part of our service obligations.

 

Your information and third party disclosure

As part of the provision of our services, we may need to disclose your information to organisations, including the Department of Employment and other funding bodies/government organisations, and individuals that carry out functions on behalf of or in conjunction with EPlus.

EPlus is committed to upholding the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We recognise the importance of privacy and community awareness regarding the collection, use, disclosure and security of personal and sensitive information which we may collect during the course of our many functions. As part of The Salvation Army, we follow The Salvation Army’s Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy sets out how we manage your personal and sensitive information and protect your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
