Having your own HR or Industrial Relations specialist is a luxury that many small and medium businesses just don’t have. That’s where we step in with complimentary advice for all your employment relations challenges.
The Salvation Army Employment Plus has partnered with The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group), to offer eligible employers an end-to-end recruitment and Industrial Relations solution – at no cost – when you place two or more Employment Plus job seekers.
The Workplace Advice Line is a national telephone advisory service operated by experts with comprehensive knowledge and experience of the workplace challenges faced every day by small and medium businesses.
Receive expert guidance on:
- Employee awards, wage rates and minimum employment conditions
- Termination of employment, redundancy and unfair dismissals
- Performance management and disciplinary procedures
- Employment contracts, agreements and legislation
The Ai Group Workplace Advice Line is available on 1300 862 217, 8:30am to 5:15pm AEST Monday to Friday.
When you employ two or more Employment Plus job seekers, you are eligible for complimentary access to the Workplace Advice Line. Your complimentary access can be used for consultation up to six times within the first six months of your job seeker’s placement.
