Your Initial Interview will be conducted at one of our offices, unless you are otherwise advised.

Please be prepared to attend your meeting in person, unless you hear otherwise from your Employment Plus consultant, such as an active lockdown affecting you or your local Employment Plus office.
Before your appointment, please take some time to read through the attached information and complete the steps below.

Our staff will provide further information during your time together.If your appointment is being conducted remotely, on the day of the appointment, one of our friendly staff members will contact you to conduct the appointment over the phone at the scheduled time - so make sure you keep an eye out for our call.

2. Once you have reviewed the documents:

Reply to the email you received and confirm that you have reviewed the information and understand how your information may be collected and used for the purposes of providing Employment Services to you.

Enter your Job Seeker ID number and your Date of Birth to begin the survey.

4. Set up your myGov account and digital services

If you haven't got a myGov account, follow the instructions using the link below to set up your account
