The program consists of 2 units of competency from the Retail Training Package as well as Job Hunting Skills, Resume Update & Interview Skills Training
• SIRXCEG001 – Engage the customer
• SIRWHS002 – Contribute to Workplace Health & Safety – including COVID safety
The program will be delivered by our experienced trainers via 2 virtual classroom sessions each day:
• Morning sessions: 9.00 am to 11.00 pm
• Afternoon sessions: 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm
