We guarantee that by sharing your thoughts, your relationship with us will not be affected in anyway. At Employment Plus we always welcome constructive feedback. If you want to provide this face-to-face you can speak directly to your consultant.

You can remain anonymous if you do not want to be contacted. Simply do not enter your name of phone number/ email address. Please refer to the Employment Plus Complaint Process to find out more about how to lodge a complaint or compliment.
DES participants

DES Participants can provide feedback through the JobAccess Complaints Resolution and Referral Service https://www.jobaccess.gov.au/c... or by calling 1800 880 052. If you have a have a hearing and/or speech impairment, you can contact the National Relay Service (NRS) by calling 1800 555 677 then asking for the number listed above for the relevant complaint service

If you need an interpreter, you can call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) by calling 13 14 50. TIS National will put you through to any of DSS’ listed phone numbers.The CRRS and the Hotline are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDST), excluding Australian national public holidays.
Not satisfied with your response?

If you have lodged a complaint and are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for it to be escalated to a senior staff member, so they can help resolve your issue. You can also contact the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) on
1800 805 260 or by filling out the form below. Your personal information is protected by law, including the Privacy Act 1988, as well as The Salvation Army Privacy Policy.
