Have you felt a little off lately? Or perhaps someone you know doesn’t seem themselves. Sometimes, there are things going on mentally which we can’t physically show or see. However, that’s not to say that they don’t need addressing before they get worse. Beyond Blue have shared some important symptoms to look out for either within you or someone you know which might indicate that it’s time to start a conversation or get some help with your mental health.

Of course, not everyone who is experiencing depression and other mental health issues will have all of these symptoms. However, if you or someone you know is identifying with these, we recommend you visit https://www.beyondblue.org.au/ , phone the national help line on 1300 22 4634 or lifeline on 13 11 14 at any time.
