• BSB30120 - Certificate III Business

  This qualification will assist the participant to progress towards employment by providing industry based administrative skills to secure entry level admin positions with employers in this industry. The course includes digital literacy skills and knowledge of word processing, excel and email systems.

  18 weeks
  3 days per week
  2 x 2.75hr virtual group sessions
  20 PBAS points per week

• SIR30216 - Certificate III in Retail

  The qualification will assist the participant to progress towards employment by providing industry-based retail skills such as customer service, engaging the customer, knowledge of products, operating a retail store to secure entry level positions within a number of retail settings.

  19 weeks
  3 days per week
  2 x 2.75hr virtual group sessions
  20 PBAS points per week
